T1 survived a major scare against BNK FEARX to secure a 3:2 victory in the opening round of the LCK 2026 Season playoffs.
After winning the first game, T1 dropped the next two and found themselves one map away from falling into the lower bracket. They responded by taking Games 4 and 5 to complete the comeback and advance to the Upper Bracket Semifinals.
T1 opened the series with a dominant 25-8 victory in 33 minutes.
BNK FEARX immediately answered, crushing T1 22-4 in Game 2 before taking control of the series with a 15-7 win in Game 3.
With their upper-bracket run on the line, T1 fought back in a much longer fourth game and secured a 16-11 victory after 42 minutes.
The deciding game was considerably more one-sided.
T1 produced their strongest performance of the series, finishing with 27 kills to BNK FEARX 's seven and closing Game 5 in just 26 minutes.
Oner leads T1 comeback
Mun "Oner" Hyeon-jun recorded T1 's strongest average K/D/A across the five-game series at 3.9/2.9/6.4.
The victory moves T1 into the Upper Bracket Semifinals, while BNK FEARX drop into the lower bracket and remain alive in the playoffs.
