Viego to Receive the Next Ascended Skin

Riot Games has confirmed that the next champion to receive an Ascended skin in League of Legends will be Viego. This information was shared by one of the League studio heads, Andrei van Roon.

A Spirit Blossom-themed skin for Morgana will soon be available in the game. It has now been revealed that the next champion to get an exclusive gacha skin will be Viego. Although he hasn't been officially announced in updates or trailers, @RiotMeddler responded to a fan's question on X, directly confirming: "Viego will be up next."

Previously, developers noted that all Ascended skins in 2025 would align with the current season's theme. Initially, players were immersed in the atmosphere of Ionia and the Spirit Blossom festival, and now, judging by the choice of Viego, the action might shift to the Shadow Isles—his homeland. This could signify not only a new visual line but also narrative progression.

There is no official art or release date for the new skin yet, but it seems likely to appear right after the second act of Spirit Blossom concludes. We await more details in future patch notes or trailers from Riot Games.
