League of Legends Patch 25.09 Preview

Riot Games introduced preliminary changes in patch 25.9 aimed at improving gameplay and combating negative behavior.

One of the key innovations is the implementation of an updated system against intentional losing (inting). The mechanism was developed for precise identification of negative behavior and is being launched in a limited format to minimize errors. If successful, the system will gradually expand.

With the start of the second season, players can expect a visual upgrade: an updated Spirit Blossom map, a reworked death screen, and changes to Atahan. The head reward system will also be revamped. The timing of Grub's appearance has changed, which may affect roaming priorities and map control. For this reason, Riot has temporarily postponed changes for "stagnant" champions.
