Champion Annie Changes Revealed in Patch 25.08

The developers of League of Legends have introduced a series of changes to Annie's abilities on the test server, which are expected to be released in update 25.08. These changes aim to enhance the champion's burst damage while weakening Tibbers' strength.

Annie Changes:
Health growth: reduced from 102 to 96 per level.

Q — Disintegrate:
Base damage increased from 70–210 to 70–220.
AP ratio increased from 75% to 80%.

W — Incinerate:
Base damage increased from 70–250 to 70–270.
AP ratio increased from 85% to 90%.
Cooldown reduced from 8 to 7 seconds.

R — Summon: Tibbers:
Now passively grants 10–15% magic penetration.
Tibbers' auto-attack damage reduced from 50–100 to 30–60.
AP ratio for auto-attack reduced from 15% to 10%.
Base damage per second reduced from 20–40 to 8–16.
AP ratio for damage per second reduced from 12% to 4%.

The update is currently being tested on the PBE and may be adjusted before release. The developers clearly aim to focus Annie's power on her core abilities, reducing her reliance on Tibbers.
