[Armored Boots (Iron Boots Upgraded Version)] Basic Shield Value: 10-140 → 10-120

[Chain Crusher (Mercury Boots Upgrade)] Basic Shield Value: 10-140 → 10-120

[Psychic Boots (Upgraded version of Mage Boots)] Fixed spell penetration: 19 → 18, percentage spell penetration: 10% → 8%

[Swift March (Upgraded version of Light Boots)] Movement speed: 75 → 70

[Triumphant Mage Boots (immediate free upgrade version)] Bonus Spell Penetration: 4 → 2 (Total Spell Penetration: 16 → 14)
