Xtreme Gaming have advanced to the upper-bracket semifinal of PGL Wallachia Season 9 after sweeping Team Nemesis 2:0.

Xtreme controlled both games and continued the strong form that carried them through the group stage with a perfect 3–0 series record.

Ame dominates opening game

Team Nemesis remained competitive through the early stages of Game 1, but Xtreme gradually took control.

A decisive team fight around the 39-minute mark effectively ended the map, with Nemesis surrendering shortly afterward.

Wang "Ame" Chunyu finished the game on Lone Druid with a flawless 10/0/11 KDA.

Xtreme close series in two

Xtreme again established an early advantage in Game 2.

Nemesis managed to create some resistance during the mid game, but the Chinese side maintained control and eventually converted their lead into a second victory.

The 2:0 result sends Xtreme Gaming into the upper-bracket semifinal, while Team Nemesis drop into the lower bracket and are now one series loss away from elimination.

Xtreme will next face LGD Gaming in an all-Chinese upper-bracket semifinal.
