Cr1t- on The International 2026: "This is probably my last TI"
Andreas Frank "Cr1t-" Nielsen suggested that The International 2026 might have been the last tournament of the series in his career. After Team Falcons ' exit from the playoffs, the Danish esports player reflected on the team's performance, reminisced about three years of playing together with the roster, and admitted that he would miss TI.
First, Cr1t- assessed the level of competition in the playoffs and explained the reasons for Team Falcons ' defeat. According to him, all eight participants in the final stage were capable of defeating each other, but his team couldn't perform at their best.
Obviously, all eight teams that made it to the playoffs can beat each other. We had two close series, but we couldn't show our best, so we got eliminated.

Then the esports player spoke about the Team Falcons roster, with whom he spent three years. Cr1t- noted that during this time, the team accumulated many memories, and one of the main achievements was winning The International 2025.
[Question: "You've been playing together for three years. What can you say about your team?"] Three years is a long time. A lot of memories. We've had different results, but we managed to win last year. We hoped we could defend the title, but it was tough for us. Everyone gave their all.

At the end of the interview, Cr1t- hinted that he might not compete in The International again. He specifically noted the return of the tournament to China and recalled that he last played there in 2019.
The last time I was in China was in 2019. It was special. For me, this is probably the last The International. I'm glad it was held here. I will miss this. I've played in many TIs. It was an honor for me.
