Dota 2 Update — August 28, 2025

Valve has released a new Dota 2 update, introducing a fresh Supporters Club bundle and several important gameplay fixes.

The latest update adds the Supporters Club bundle for Yakutou Brothers, which is now available for purchase. As always, 50% of all proceeds from team, talent, and community bundles go directly to them, while 30% will contribute to the prize pool of The International.

Alongside this addition, Valve has also rolled out multiple bug fixes:

Fixed an issue where buying team bundles without fantasy and predictions didn’t grant users the sticker capsule.
Fixed several spots in both Roshan pits where heroes could hide out of sight from others inside the pit.
Fixed a bug where the client didn’t display the correct armor reduction when Bristleback’s Viscous Nasal Goo was reflected via Goo Launcher facet.
Fixed an issue where Side Gunner attacks from Gyrocopter were blocked by allied Mars ’ Arena of Blood.
Fixed a bug where Invoker’s Ice Floe failed to slow enemies if they were previously affected by Ghost Walk with Aghanim’s Shard.

This update continues Valve’s efforts to polish gameplay and improve the overall Dota 2 experience while expanding Supporters Club offerings for fans to back their favorite teams.

A new treasure has also been added to the game for attendees of The International 2025. Those present at the arena when the first blood is spilled will have a chance to receive it.
