Team Spirit Defeat Liquid to Advance in BLAST Slam III Playoffs

At the LAN tournament BLAST Slam III, the first playoff stage match has concluded. In a Bo3 series, Team Spirit secured a hard-fought victory over Team Liquid with a score of 2:1, advancing to the second round of the bracket.

The first map was extremely competitive: the teams were nearly neck and neck in terms of economy and kills, but in the decisive moments, Spirit seized the initiative. The MVP of the map was Illya " Yatoro " Mulyarchuk — his precise play as a carry was instrumental in clinching the victory. The second map went to Liquid: the European lineup completely controlled the tempo and map, with Michael "miCKe" Vu emerging as the team leader. However, on the decisive third map, everything turned around again — Team Spirit found their rhythm and confidently closed out the series.

Thus, Team Spirit advances to the next round of the playoffs, where they will face PARIVISION on May 8. Meanwhile, Team Liquid has concluded their run in the tournament and is eliminated from the championship.
