Team Spirit climbed to the second position in the EPT rankings after winning DreamLeague Season 25
Team Spirit claimed victory at the DreamLeague Season 25 tournament. This victory allowed the team to rise to second place in the ESL Pro Tour (EPT) rankings.
In the final of DreamLeague Season 25, Team Spirit defeated Tundra Esports with a score of 3:2. The match was marked by technical issues: after three maps were played, Spirit's players' accounts were subjected to a DDoS attack, which led to the postponement of the match. The remaining maps were played on March 4th, where Team Spirit secured the victory. More details can be found in our article.
Thanks to this victory, Team Spirit earned 4,620 EPT points and rose to the second position in the rankings, trailing only PARIVISION , which holds 10,505 points. Reaching the top 4 in the rankings ensures teams receive direct invitations to EPT tournaments, bypassing regional qualifiers. The top eight teams of the season will receive invitations to the Riyadh Masters 2025.
As part of ESL Pro Tour Season 3 in 2025, many more tournaments will take place, with the upcoming ones being ESL One Raleigh and DreamLeague Season 26, where teams will compete for 52,790 EPT points, which could significantly affect the distribution of slots for the Riyadh Masters.
