Fng spoke out about the changing role of fifth position players in Dota 2

Artem ‘ Fng ’ Barshak suggested that players in the fifth position could theoretically be replaced by a new role called ‘Woodsman’, but such an innovation, according to the cyber sportsman, will not be approved by the players on the kerry.

The corresponding opinion pro-player shared with the viewers of a personal  twitch  broadcast.

‘Here's a thought for you. Imagine, like realistically instead of fives, they'll introduce the role of a forester.

Can you imagine how many people would start whining? I mean, these kerry dudes. I mean, they're gonna go crazy: ‘Oops, my main is farming the forest, help me, Dota is terrible. ‘Dota's terrible, Dota's terrible, my dps is farming the forest. I mean, that's just crap.’

Artem ‘ Fng ’ Barshak left his position as  Virtus.Pro 's Sappport and Captain after the team's disappointing performance at the Riyadh Masters 2024 tournament, which the squad left in 17th - 18th place after the first Play-In stage. The team finished in fourth place in Group A, due to which, according to the rules of the championship, they were forced to play a re-match with the fifth place of Group B. The elimination match against MOUZ ended in a 2 : 0 defeat for  Virtus.Pro , after which the team announced a global reshuffle of the Dota 2 roster.
