Khaled "sQreen" El-Habbash has called on Valve to recalculate the MMR of all players in Dota 2, narrowing the gap between different ranks. The streamer believes that such an approach will help make the game more competitive.

The content-maker shared his opinion with subscribers of his personal Telegram channel.

"By the way, it would be cool to update mmr in dota in the following way, based on the current ranks:

Top 1000 will get 8k mmr

Top-2000 will get 7.5k

2000-5000 - 7к

Titan - 6k

Deity - 5k

Lord - 4k

Legend - 3k

Hero - 2k

Knight - 1k

Guardian - 500

Reckurt - 0.

All could start with one rating given their current position in the skill bracket, the gaps between ranks would be small, the range of players in the first time would be higher.
