Valve has proposed a radical change to Dota 2 by adding an underground part to the map

Valve has been urged by fans of Dota 2 to make major changes to the game, so that players could have more interesting matches and it would be fairer if there is a lower ground in the map.

This subject is becoming increasingly popular on Reddit.

The players suggest a concept which already exists in Heroes of The Storm by Blizzard . The idea has four entrances which lead to the underbelly where the boss lives.Fans also want to see something similar added to Dota 2.

The reason for this change is that Roshan’s pit is poorly located at present making Radiant side have an advantage over Dire side thereby leading to frequent losses from Dire side.

Reddit users propose not an extra map, but narrow down underground four times as much as above-the-ground part (one quarter of the original playing area) with Daschle right at its centre. It will help in balancing Roshan that increases chances and brings diversity into gameplay.

Commenters showed great enthusiasm about this suggestion and hoped Valve will do so one day. However, some argued that such a huge update might take place only next year or even after their eighteen months in Dota 2.

It should be noted that earlier  Team Spirit  manager predicted when Dota 2 might eventually receive Ring Master as a new hero.
