ohnePixel's DRILLAS, JiJieHao among teams through to Middle East RMR qualifier

The open qualifiers for the Middle East RMR closed qualifier have concluded, seeing seven teams advance through the Arabia, South Africa, and Levant & North Africa open brackets to join  NOM  in a fight for a spot at the Asia RMR.

The Levant and North Africa qualifier featured the most teams (15) and a handful of notable names, including Richard "⁠ shox ⁠" Papillon competing with SSG Ghouls,  POGGERZ  featuring the former  Twisted Minds  core of Shuaib "⁠D0cC⁠" Ahmad and Deyvid "⁠h4rn⁠" Benchev, and Volodymyr "⁠Woro2k⁠" Veletniuk's DRILLAS, a mix-team supported by streamer ohnePixel.

The latter two won their best-of-threes to advance through to the closed qualifier, with Unlucky Much? claiming the final spot over Lebanon after winning the third-place decider.

Only nine teams took part in the Arabian open qualifier, including Christophe "⁠ SIXER ⁠" Xia's  Onyx Ravens  and Issa "⁠ISSAA⁠" Murad's  JiJieHao .

JiJieHao  played with Viktor "⁠Duplicate⁠" Mitev as a substitute after moving Markus "⁠Kjaerbye⁠" Kjærbye to the bench ahead of the qualifier, but showed no signs of struggle as they romped through the bracket alongside  Onyx Ravens  to advance, and beat them in the seeding match for a top finish.

South African mainstay Bravado finished atop their region's qualifier, which featured 13 teams and saw Punishers claim the second spot over EXDHQ.
