Map BP
Map One: Inferno
Map one was FaZe's pick, Inferno, with Vitality starting on defense. In the pistol round, FaZe's quick rush to the second floor saw ropz and rain almost single-handedly secure all the kills, taking the first point. However, ZywOo's hero M4 quickly responded; after securing the first kill in Banana, apEX picked it up and continued to rack up kills, turning the round around. But FaZe's force-buy round saw ropz secure a quad kill, keeping the score close. The back-and-forth rounds were finally broken by FaZe, who started to string together points and build momentum. As long as they could breach the bomb sites, they could hold the plant, leading to a 9-3 lead at halftime.
In the second half, Vitality didn't linger in Banana during the pistol round but pushed straight through Connector, only to be wiped out by FaZe. However, ZywOo's hero AK quickly responded, helping Vitality turn the round around. With a significant score advantage, FaZe took their time, slowly ecoing. But as Vitality started to rack up points, their momentum grew hotter, and the score got closer. FaZe finally seized an opportunity, with rain's triple kill ending the opponents' streak and securing map one for the team.
Map Two: Dust2
Moving to map two, Dust2, Vitality started on offense and took the lead, with flameZ securing a quad kill in the pistol round. After a 2-0 lead, ropz's 57-second kill in the eco round saw him pick up an AK and secure a quad kill. However, this didn't disrupt Vitality's plan, as ZywOo's early AWP pressure made it tough for FaZe to even cross mid. Finally, karrigan's AUG at B site seized an opportunity, allowing FaZe to close the gap to 4-8 at halftime.
In the second half, FaZe executed an A split, gaining the upper hand in mid and securing the pistol round. Vitality started to fight back in the rifle rounds, but FaZe didn't give them a chance to widen the score gap. Rain's first kill helped FaZe regain momentum and tie the score. In the crucial 10-10 round, flameZ stepped up, holding A short and giving Vitality the lead again. In a critical moment, karrigan exploited ZywOo's defensive habits, dragging the match into overtime. However, in overtime, Vitality regrouped and didn't give FaZe any chances, winning map two 16-12.
Map Three: Anubis
In the deciding map, Anubis, FaZe started on offense. In the pistol round, their default setup waited for Vitality to push A Hall, with rain securing a triple kill to take the first point. Vitality's force-buy with Famas was effective, turning the round around and forcing FaZe into an eco. In the rifle rounds, FaZe targeted B site, successfully securing it and then continuously scoring at A site. Facing a hot-handed FaZe, Vitality shifted their defense towards B site, which countered FaZe's push, with Spinx excellently holding the main point. But FaZe quickly adjusted, pushing A and scoring, ending the half at 6-6.
In the second half, rain's first kill in the pistol round allowed FaZe to hold off Vitality's A push, taking the lead. ZywOo's hero AK didn't make an impact, and FaZe continued to widen the score gap. However, Vitality didn't let their opponents pull away, with Spinx's first kill and flameZ's firepower keeping the score close. In the crucial 9-9 round, flameZ won the final duel against broky, allowing Vitality to pull ahead and reach match point. Ultimately, it was Spinx's 1v1 clutch, as he took down ropz, securing a 2-1 victory for Vitality over FaZe.
