JUGi's Return to Valorant : A New Chapter for the Former CS Pro

In a surprising turn of events, former professional CS player Jakob "JUGi" Hansen, who had previously made a comeback to Counter-Strike earlier this year, has decided to shift his focus back to Valorant . JUGi, who has an impressive history in CS with notable teams like  Astralis ,  Heroic ,  North , and OpTic, announced his new direction on his social media platforms.

JUGi, a Danish player born on April 1, 1997, had a prominent career in CS, starting from 2015. Known for his skills as an AWPer, JUGi's career highlights include:

  • North : Achieved "Legends" status at the StarLadder Major Berlin 2019.
  • OpTic: Competed in the FACEIT Major 2018 Challengers Stage.

His notable tournament placements include victories and high finishes in prestigious events such as:
