Jabbi returns as Astralis stand-in to protect Singapore Major qualification

Astralis has brought Jabbi back into its lineup for the remainder of Stake Ranked Episode 5, temporarily replacing cmtry as the organisation attempts to protect its Singapore Major invitation.

The change comes shortly after Astralis replaced Jabbi and HooXi with cmtry and siuhy on October 13.

Overlapping VRS rosters create qualification Risk

According to HLTV, cmtry remained listed on FUT’s Valve Regional Standings roster after FUT completed only three matches with its replacement lineup during an unbeaten Bucharest group StAgE .

Another Astralis appearance could have left cmtry listed on both teams’ eligible rosters, depending on FUT’s subsequent match count.

Under the applicable invitation rules, that overlap would put the lower-ranked team’s Major invitation at Risk .

Temporary return provides insurance

Using Jabbi instead allows Astralis to continue its Barcelona campaign without adding another cmtry appearance.

The organisation described his return as a short -notice arrangement, with Jabbi travelling directly from the airport to assist the team.

Astralis will FIELD phzy , staehr , ryu , siuhy and Jabbi , with NEO coaching.

The announcement covers the remainder of Stake Ranked Episode 5. It does not establish a permanent Reversal of Astralis ’ recent roster changes.
