Liquid and NIP eliminated as Logitech G Play Connect reaches playoffs

Liquid and Ninjas in Pyjamas have been eliminated from Logitech G Play Connect after failing to advance from the round-robin group stage in Warsaw.

B8 and Inner Circle topped their respective groups to secure direct semifinal places, while Luminosity, M80 , BBL, and 3DMAX advanced to the quarterfinals.

B8 complete perfect group stage

B8 dominated Group A and advanced directly to the semifinals without losing a match.

Luminosity were the only team to reach double digits against the Ukrainian squad.

Luminosity and M80 both finished with 3–2 records to secure the remaining Group A playoff spots.

Group B was won by Inner Circle , who remained undefeated until their final match against EYEBALLERS after their playoff position had already been secured.

BBL and 3DMAX joined them in the playoffs.

Liquid and NIP fall short

NIP endured a particularly difficult group stage, recording only one victory in five matches.

Their lone win came against Metizport .

The result leaves NIP in an extremely difficult position in the race for qualification to the Singapore Major.

Liquid remained in playoff contention until their final group-stage match but were heavily defeated by BBL.
