Michael " Grim " Wince believes NRG 's victory over Mouz at StarLadder StarSeries Fall provided an important confidence boost as the team continues its push toward Major qualification.

NRG opened the tournament with a 2:1 upset against Mouz , earning 129 Valve Ranking points in the process.

"It was a great win for us, and much needed for everyone's confidence," Grim told HLTV after the series.

Despite the significance of the victory, the 25-year-old stressed that NRG cannot afford to become complacent.

"Obviously, we can't just assume we're on the top of the world now," Grim said.

"We need to keep grinding and keep beating teams."
