PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 closed qualifier teams announced

PGL has revealed the invited teams for the closed qualifiers of PGL Masters Bucharest 2026, completing another major step toward the $1.25 million tournament.

The closed qualification stage will run across several regions from September 9–13, with one team from Europe , North America, South America and APAC earning a place at the main event.

Major names receive direct main-event invites

Most of the world's leading teams have already accepted direct invitations to PGL Masters Bucharest.

The confirmed field currently includes Spirit , FURIA Esports , Vitality , Mouz , FUT, Legacy , Natus Vincere , G2, aurora , 9z , The MongolZ and BETBOOM.

Falcons are the notable exception among the top teams invited to the tournament, having elected not to attend.

That leaves four additional places to be decided through regional qualification.

NIP and Liquid among closed qualifier invites

Several established organizations will have to fight through qualification.

Europe 's invited teams include B8 , Ninjas in Pyjamas , Nuclear TigeRES and Inner Circle .

North America features Chicken Coop, Liquid, NRG and Voca.

The South American qualifier includes ShindeN , pain , DENDELE and Galorys .

FlyQuest and LFO 8 have been invited into the Oceania stage before the qualification path eventually merges into the APAC decider.

Additional teams will earn their places through open qualifiers.

One spot available from each region

The European, North American and South American closed qualifiers are scheduled for September 9–12.

Asia and Oceania will initially hold separate regional qualifiers on September 9–10 before advancing into a final APAC qualifier on September 13.

One team from each of Europe , North America, South America and APAC will reach the main event.

PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 will take place from October 24–31 with $1.25 million in prize money.
