Falcons survive Lynn Vision comeback scare at BLAST Open Porto

Falcons opened their BLAST Open Porto 2026 campaign with a 2:1 victory over Lynn Vision after surviving a dramatic three-map series.

Falcons dominated Inferno to take the early lead, but Lynn Vision responded on Ancient before the European side completed a major comeback on Dust2 to secure the series.

Falcons began the series with a convincing 13-4 victory on Inferno.

Lynn Vision answered on Ancient , recovering from a difficult opening map to take the second map 13-10 and force a decider.

Falcons complete huge Dust2 comeback

The deciding map looked firmly in Lynn Vision 's control after they built a 9-3 lead at halftime.

Falcons completely reversed the momentum after switching sides.

They won all 10 rounds of the second half, turning a six-round deficit into a 13-9 victory without allowing Lynn Vision to add another round.

The comeback secured Falcons ' place in the upper bracket and prevented Lynn Vision from completing the upset.

m0NESY leads Falcons

Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov was the standout player across the three maps.

He finished the series with a 1.64 rating, 92.9 ADR, and 0.94 kills per round.

The AWPer also produced an ace on Ancient despite Falcons ultimately losing the map.

Falcons now move forward in the BLAST Open Porto upper bracket, while Lynn Vision drop into the lower side of the group.
