SAW Eliminates FURIA Esports from FISSURE Playground #1 and Advances to Playoffs

SAW claimed victory over FURIA Esports in the decisive Group A match at the FISSURE Playground #1 tournament. The match concluded with a 2:1 scoreline. On Ancient , chosen by SAW , the teams went into overtime, where the Portuguese team emerged stronger with a 22:19 win. On Train, FURIA Esports responded with a 13:8 victory. The deciding Inferno went to SAW with a 13:10 score, securing their spot in the playoffs.

The best player of the match was Adones "krazY" Nobre. He scored 61 frags and had an average damage per round of 77.0, making him the most effective player on the team. 

The defeat on the third map knocked FURIA Esports out of the tournament. The team finished in 9th–12th place, earning $10,000 in player prize money and an additional $5,000 for the organization. SAW advances to the playoffs and will compete for a spot in the tournament finals.

FISSURE Playground 1 will take place from July 15 to 20 in Belgrade, Serbia, with a prize pool of $450,000.
