Streamer Trainwrecks opened 1,000 rare CS2 cases worth over $100,000

Popular American streamer Trainwreckstv has completed a grand unboxing of 1,000 unique Counter-Strike 2 Weapon Cases, of which fewer than 500 are currently available for sale on the marketplace.

This event has become one of the most significant events in the CS2 world in recent times, as the total value of the cases is estimated at over $100,000. However, the results of the unboxing were disappointing, as Trainwreckstv only got a few valuable items out of the 1,000 cases, which is less than 1% of the total value of the cases.

Unique cases and expectations from the opening
The streamer opened 1,000 cases, which are a real rarity on the market, adding intrigue to the event. The cases, which are now available in less than 500 units, include exclusive items created with the support of Valve, making this giveaway special. Fans eagerly awaited to see if Trainwrecks would get the legendary skins, as the chances of getting expensive items remain minimal.

Opening results
Trainwreckstv has already finished opening all 1,000 cases, and among the results, he only got a few valuable items:

M9 Bayonet | Fade, valued at approximately $2,000
Karambit | Forest DDPAT, which costs about $650
AK-47 | Case Hardened (15 units), each valued at $275.

The total value of these items is approximately $6,875, which is only 6.8% of the total value of the cases ($100,000). This means that the probability of getting something valuable (worth more than $100) was 1%, as only 17 items out of 1,000 cases were of significant value.

Although this is just the beginning, streamers and fans are already commenting on these results, hoping for even more impressive skins, such as knives, to appear among the 1,000 cases. However, the unboxing has so far proved less successful than expected, which only highlights the high risk of such events.
