New Grand Slam Season Kicks Off at IEM Dallas 2025

ESL has officially announced the start of the sixth season of the Grand Slam. Teams will have their first chance to win at the IEM Dallas 2025 tournament, which will take place from May 19 to May 25. The winner will take the first step towards a historic series and the grand prize of $1,000,000.

The previous season concluded with Vitality securing the Grand Slam by winning at IEM Melbourne 2025, and prior to that, at IEM Katowice 2025, ESL Pro League Season 21, and IEM Cologne 2024. Despite Intel leaving the project after the fifth season, ESL confirmed that the Grand Slam will continue in its existing format.

The rules remain unchanged: to claim the Grand Slam title, a team must win four ESL tournaments within a monitored window of ten tournaments. One of these victories must be a championship win at IEM Cologne, IEM Katowice, or an ESL Major.

The season's calendar includes four key tournaments: the opening IEM Dallas 2025 (May 19–25), IEM Cologne 2025 (July 23 – August 3), ESL Pro League S22 in Sweden (September 27 – October 1), and IEM Chengdu 2025 in China (November 3–9).
