Mikhaylo " kane " Blagin has become the new CEO of the Ukrainian club Team Next Level. One of the most titled coaches in the history of Counter-Strike is moving to a managerial role, opening a new stage in TNL's career and life.

kane 's previous team was Passion UA , which he led in 2023-2025. Together with the young Ukrainian five, the coach reached the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, finishing in the Challengers Stage. In April 2025, kane left the team and is now returning in a new role.
