Riot confirms all 32 VCT partners for the 2027–2028 cycle

Riot Games has confirmed the 32 organizations selected for the next VCT partnership cycle, with eight partners in each of the Americas, EMEA, Pacific and China regions.

The announcement finalizes the field after several days of individual team announcements and reports.

Americas

100 Thieves , G2 Esports , NRG, Sentinels , KRÜ Esports, LEVIATÁN, LOUD and MIBR .

EMEA

Fnatic , Team Liquid , Team Heretics , Karmine Corp , Team Vitality , Gentle Mates , FUT Esports and BBL Esports .

Pacific

Paper Rex , Rex Regum Qeon , Gen.G, T1 , FULL SENSE , GAM Esports, ZETA DIVISION and Crazy Raccoon .

China

EDward Gaming , Xi Lai Gaming, Bilibili Gaming , TYLOO , Trace Esports , All Gamers , JD Gaming and Weibo Gaming.

Financial support and Kickoff entry form the partnership package

The renewable partnership cycle lasts two years.

Selected organizations receive annual financial support and opportunities to earn additional revenue through digital products, including team and season capsules and the Champions bundle.

Partners also receive direct entry into VCT Kickoff 2027.

Later tournament places must be earned

Partnership does not guarantee qualification for subsequent Cups, Masters or Champions.

After Kickoff, partnered organizations must compete within the wider system alongside teams emerging through open qualification. Riot says competitive performance will determine access to those events.

More than 100 organizations expressed interest in partnership. Riot evaluated community growth, fan engagement, financial sustainability, operational infrastructure and competitive development, with particular emphasis on building lasting audiences.
