Joblife appoint pakko as head coach through 2028

Joblife have appointed Pavle “pakko” Kostic as their new VALORANT head coach ahead of the 2027 season, with his contract running through 2028.

The move brings pakko back into coaching following his departure from Gentle Mates midway through the 2026 season.

Experience across the European circuit

Pakko previously coached Diamant Esports across three separate spells, working with players including PROFEK , paTiTek , runneR and westside .

He subsequently led KCORP Blue Stars to a Challengers France Stage 2 title and a VCL EMEA appearance during the 2025 season before joining Gentle Mates .

Joblife prepare for 2027

The appointment follows another competitive year for Joblife , who reached the VCT EMEA Stage 2 Play-Ins after consecutive Ascension appearances in 2024 and 2025.

Joblife finished the Play-Ins with a 3–2 record, ending their campaign in ninth–tenth place overall.

Pakko will now lead the organisation’s preparations for the next season.
