Riot teases next VALORANT agent ahead of Champions Shanghai

Riot Games has released the first teasers for VALORANT's next agent as part of the presentation for Patch 13.06.

The upcoming character appeared only briefly as a silhouette in the update video.

The teaser showed the agent wearing dark clothing with light-colored hair.

Based on the silhouette and hairstyle, the community has speculated that the next character could be female, although Riot has not officially confirmed the agent's identity or gender.

Full reveal could come at Champions

A separate Easter egg connected to the upcoming character has also been discovered by players.

Riot has not yet revealed the agent's role, nationality, abilities, or release date.

The new character is expected to receive a more complete presentation during VALORANT Champions 2026 in Shanghai.

Riot has previously used international events and show matches involving content creators to introduce new agents and gameplay content.

Champions Shanghai begins on September 24 and will conclude on October 18.
