Riot reportedly preparing Ability Draft Arena mode for VALORANT

Riot Games is reportedly preparing a new VALORANT mode centered around drafting and combining agent abilities.

The Chinese VALORANT division released a teaser showing eight different versions of KAY/O, with a full presentation expected on September 16.

According to insider valohabercisi, the teaser may be connected to the previously leaked Ability Draft Arena mode.

Eight teams of two expected

Previous information suggests the mode will feature eight two-player teams.

Instead of selecting agents through the traditional system, participants could receive randomized abilities and build unique combinations throughout the match.

A separate map called Ability Draft has also reportedly been created specifically for the mode.

Riot has not officially confirmed the mode's name or complete rules.

It is also unclear whether Ability Draft Arena will launch globally or initially be limited to the Chinese version of VALORANT.
