FUT Esports and Team Liquid win their opening matches at VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2

FUT Esports and Team Liquid kicked off their VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 campaigns with victories over Gentle Mates and MKOI respectively, closing out the first week with strong performances.

FUT Esports vs Gentle Mates
The Turkish squad defeated Gentle Mates 2:1, bouncing back after dropping the first map. Despite FUT’s win, the MVP of the match was awarded to Patrik “ Minny ” Hušek from the French side. Minny finished with 64 kills, just one short of cNed , but posted a standout 264 ACS, which was 15% higher than his season average. 

Team Liquid vs MKOI
Despite some difficulties, Team Liquid managed to secure a 2:1 victory over MKOI, earning their first win in Group Omega at VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2. 

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 runs from July 16 to September 1 in Germany , featuring 12 teams competing for a $250,000 prize pool and valuable points toward qualification for VALORANT Champions.
