Rumors: NAVI VALORANT reaches verbal agreement with alexiiik

Esports organization NAVI has reportedly reached a verbal agreement with player Alex "alexiiik" Hawlasek to join their VALORANT roster, according to a report from sheepesports.

Rumors suggest that the 19-year-old former duelist for Zero Tenacity , Alex "alexiiik" Hawlasek, has agreed in principle to join NAVI, a team competing in the Valorant Champions Tour. Currently a free agent, alexiiik became available after his former team disbanded its roster and exited the VALORANT scene. Alex began his career in 2020 but signed his first professional contract only in 2022. Since then, he has competed on the tier-2 scene with various teams but has yet to achieve major success. His best result to date was a 7th–8th place finish at VCT Ascension EMEA 2024 with GoNext Esports .

He is expected to replace GianFranco "koalanoob" Potestio, who parted ways with NAVI following disappointing results at VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 1 and the qualifiers for the Esports World Cup 2025.

The upcoming and potentially final tournament for NAVI in 2025 will be VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2, where $250,000, two Champions 2025 slots, and additional VCT points — which will determine the final two qualification spots for the world championship — will be on the line.
