Overpowered agent ISO to receive nerf in Valorant Patch 9.0
Patch 8.11 brought many changes to players' favorite agents, particularly duelists in Valorant. ISO became the most popular and strongest agent following this update, causing negative emotions among many players. Some even stopped playing the game until the agent is nerfed, which will happen in the upcoming patch 9.0.
In patch 9.0, the main and so far the only change to agent ISO will be a significant nerf to the Double Tap (E) ability. It will no longer regenerate after two kills, and will now last only 12 seconds instead of 20.
The nerf to the agent will be substantial, but the Double Tap (E) ability remains very powerful as it still allows protection from any incoming damage, serving as a counter to the Operator weapon. It will be interesting to see how significantly patch 9.0 will affect his viability and role in the game.
