Qiddiya signs five-year agreement to host MPL MENA grand finals from 2027
MOONTON Games and Qiddiya Investment Company have announced a five-year hosting agreement that will bring the MPL MENA Grand Finals to Qiddiya City from 2027.
The agreement establishes a recurring destination for the league’s championship event and expands the organisations’ existing partnership.
Hosting agreement extends earlier collaboration
Qiddiya had already become an official MPL MENA partner under a five-year agreement announced at the Season 9 grand final.
The new arrangement adds long-term hosting commitments to that relationship. The announcement specifically covers the grand finals; it does not establish a relocation of every regular-season or playoff match.
The partnership also includes plans involving broadcasts, on-site fan experiences and community engagement.
Announcement follows Falcons’ Season 10 title
The agreement was revealed after Team Falcons defeated Titan Esports Club 4–2 to win MPL MENA Season 10.
Falcons secured direct qualification for the M8 Main Stage, while Titan advanced to the Bangkok Wild Card.
Qiddiya’s hosting commitment gives future MPL MENA championship events an established destination as the league prepares for subsequent seasons. Dates and detailed competition arrangements for the first grand final under the agreement were not included in the announcement.
