Starlest Opens Up About BTR Coaching Staff Reshuffle at MPL ID S14

Bigetron (BTR), one of the biggest esports teams in Indonesia, recently made a surprising move by overhauling their coaching staff for MPL ID S14. 

This decision surprised many fans and esports observers, considering Bigetron's solid achievements in the regular season of MPL ID S13.

However, Bigetron management believes that this change is a strategic step to face increasingly tight competition in the esports scene, both nationally and internationally.

One of the main reasons behind the coaching staff overhaul is to improve team performance and win the championship especially in the MPL ID S14 tournament. However, it turns out that there are several different views and ways from various parties to achieve this path of success.

Edwin Chia (Starlest), who is also the CEO of Bigetron, revealed that the change in coaching staff was a joint decision from various parties for the good of the Bigetron team itself.

" After we evaluate, from each side we also choose a better path. Our views towards being a champion or success may be different, we have different points, so it's fine that we separate ," said Edwin Chia.

Bigetron Becomes More Confident After Coaching Staff Changes

After changing the coaching staff by taking on new coaches, namely Wurah and Theonael, Bigetron considers this to be the best step and makes them more confident in winning MPL ID S14.

" And of course the current line-up, we are very confident in terms of playing. They (the coaches) can really do what we want, " said Edwin.

In addition to creating new strategies, changes in the coaching staff can also trigger motivation among the players. The presence of a new coach can be a source of inspiration and new spirit, which is very important to maintain high performance and a winning mentality in tight competitions.
