Many Secrets, Ade Setiawan Shares Scrim Experience with Myanmar Team While Still at EVOS

Evos Legends once had a bad experience when facing a team from Myanmar, in the MPLI competition and also the M2 World Championship.

Former Evos Legends analyst, Ade Setiawan or formerly known as EVOS Hyde, shared his experience of scrimming with the Myanmar team, which he said was very memorable.

Not without reason, this happened because Evos Legends was once defeated by a giant esports team from Myanmar, Burmese Ghouls , which was strengthened by ACE and Claude.

Although he did not mention the name of the team clearly, who Evos Legends faced during the scrim, he explained that the Myanmar team had many surprises in store.

In a live streaming session that he did, Ade told his viewers about an unpleasant experience, when Evos Legends did a scrim with the Myanmar team, during the preparation for the MLBB competition that they were currently undergoing.

He explained that at that time Evos Legends was scrimming with an unnamed Myanmar team. In the scrim, they were able to win the match, although the impression from the match was that the Myanmar team was hiding its strength.

However, during the match against Burmese Ghouls , he was surprised by their very clever game. ACE , the Burmese Ghouls player was able to become a key player in the match against Evos Legends , through his Claude gameplay.

It doesn't stop there, according to him, the Myanmar team deliberately hid its strength by not showing all of its skills and the draft picks it had.

"So when I was scrimming with the Myanmar team, most of the Myanmar teams played unclearly. Unclearly here means that they seemed to be hiding their strengths. So, many of our players ( Evos Legends ) were lazy if they had to scrim with the Myanmar team.

"Even though I had an idea of the game, I noted the hero pool of each player, including ACE , but we still lost and were sent home by Myanmar," he said clearly.

Actually, what the Myanmar team did was legitimate. Considering, during the scrim before the competition, there was no demand that they had to show their entire strategy, or gameplay.

In fact, scrim itself is actually an event for players to test heroes from their respective roles, in order to expand the hero pool.

Not only that, scrim is also a time to try out various new strategies implemented by the coaching team.
