Hanwha Life Esports Qualified for the LCK Playoffs and Worlds 2026 After Beating KT Rolster

Hanwha Life Esports defeated KT Rolster 2:1 in the LCK 2026 Season Rounds 3-4, securing a spot in the top four of the upper group and, with it, a place in the LCK playoffs.

The result also has major international implications. As the 2026 MSI champions, Hanwha Life Esports earned an additional Worlds slot for the LCK, but Riot's qualification rules required the MSI winner to qualify for the playoffs of its domestic league. HLE have now fulfilled that condition.

Hanwha Life Esports are now the third team to qualify for the 2026 League of Legends World Championship.

They follow Team Secret Whales, who became the first team to secure their Worlds spot, and Bilibili Gaming , who were the second team to qualify after winning their LPL series.
