T1 Sweep Karmine Corp to Reach MSI 2026 Play-In Final

T1 remained undefeated at MSI 2026 after defeating Karmine Corp 3-0 in the opening match of the second Play-In day.

The victory sends T1 to the Play-In Final, putting them one step closer to the Bracket Stage.

T1 controlled most of the series from start to finish. They opened with a confident win in Game 1 before facing their toughest challenge of the match in Game 2, where Karmine Corp pushed them into a closer late-game battle.

However, T1 came through with clutch teamfights to secure the second map. They then carried that momentum into Game 3, once again setting the pace and closing out the series with a 17-12 victory.

Peyz was named MVP of the series after another strong performance across all three games. He finished with average stats of 10.0 kills, 2.8 deaths and 9.0 assists, along with 82.7% kill participation and 30.9K average damage.

Peyz led all players in both kills and damage, serving as T1 ’s main carry throughout the series.

The MSI 2026 Play-In Stage runs from June 28 to July 1. Four teams compete in a double-elimination bracket, with only one team advancing to the Bracket Stage. All matches are played as best-of-five series using Fearless Draft.
