Rek'Sai Changes in PBE Patch 25.15

In test patch 25.15, Riot Games made significant updates to Rek'Sai, altering both her base survivability and the damage formula on key abilities. The main goal is to reduce the explosive potential from the target's maximum HP and give more value to base stats and control.

Base Stats:
Armor: 36 → 35
Armor growth per level: 4.95 → 4.5
Burrow (W):
Knock-up cooldown per target: 10 sec. → 10–6 sec. (based on level)

Furious Bite (E):
Cooldown: 10 sec. → 7 sec.
Base damage: 80–192
Scaling: 100% AD → 56% Bonus AD
Empowered version (at 100 Fury ) no longer deals 8–14% damage from the target's maximum HP
New base damage for empowered version: 100–240
Scaling for empowered version: 100% AD → 70% Bonus AD
Damage type: physical → true
Void Rush (R):
Activation now resets the cooldown of Burrow (W)
Base damage: 150–450 → 150–350
Missing HP damage: 25–35% → 15–25%
Cooldown: 100–80 sec. → 120–80 sec.

These changes aim to balance Rek'Sai's role as an Assassin : less scaling from full HP of the opponent, but more stable base damage and shorter timers. The enhancement of Burrow by reducing CD in the late game might make her more useful in team fights, while the new parameters of Furious Bite make her damage more predictable.
