Joe Marsh: After Zeus decided to leave, we began discussing candidates for this position internally and ultimately chose Doran. I believe that Coach kkOma and Coach Tom can maximize Doran's potential.

Joe Marsh: After communicating with the coaching staff, we felt that Doran was the most suitable player for our team at that time.
Q: Did you contact player Doran after signing Zeus, or was it before?
Joe Marsh: We had no contact with player Doran before Zeus signed with HLE.
Q: Had you already decided to recruit top laner Doran?
Joe Marsh: After Zeus decided to leave, we began discussing bringing in player Doran. Considering the advantages of the team composition, I believe it is crucial to bring in an experienced top laner who has proven their strength in high-level competitions. Based on Doran's background, strength, and achievements, I think he is the most suitable candidate.
Q: What was the signing process with player Doran like? What were your expectations?
Joe Marsh: The process of signing Doran went very smoothly. We expect Doran to continue T1's history with even better strength. But I hope Doran won't be compared to player Zeus, but rather evaluated for who Doran is himself. I remember when we announced the ZOFGK roster in the winter of 2021, many people compared Zeus to Canna and questioned whether we could succeed. Over these three years, this roster has created a lot of history together.
