Because last year DK faced KT twice in the Swiss round and eventually got eliminated, Riot Games has updated the rules for the Swiss round stage this year: teams that have already faced each other will not meet again in subsequent matches.
This means that even if TES has the same record as T1, they will not face each other again, and WBG will not meet GEN before the quarterfinals! (If TES and T1 both have a record of 2 wins and 1 loss and need to play a do-or-die match, they will avoid each other in the final draw)
