In an interview with XportsNews after the match, Doran gave a positive evaluation of the team's performance in the first round but also expressed regret over the two losses: "I think the team's performance in the first round has improved compared to the Spring Split, but compared to the strong teams, I still feel we are lacking and need to work harder."
Doran talked about the recent patch and the tough moments in the first round from a top laner's perspective: "Recently, Rumble has become an overwhelming Tier 1 champion, and I was worried about how to deal with him. But now all teams are banning this champion, so the problem is solved. Skarner too, in the early part of the first round of the regular season, many teams were thinking about how to deal with this champion."
HLE's first opponent in the second round is T1. Although T1 recently lost to FOX and seems to be going through a tough period, they are clearly not an easy team to deal with and can bounce back at any time. Regarding this, Doran pointed out: "There were many dangerous moments in the first round match against T1. I will never let my guard down and will be more fully prepared for the showdown with them in the second round."
Finally, Doran promised: "Our ultimate goal for the Summer Split is to win the championship. We will improve our condition as much as possible in the second round to greet the playoffs."
