On the 7th, LCK organized professionalism training at LoL Park in Seoul, aimed at approximately 100 registered players and coaching staff for the 2024 LCK and secondary league. The session began at 1 PM and covered various aspects, including guidelines for the 2024 LCK and secondary league, the player department, agent system, global code of conduct, penalty policy, and appeal procedures.
Professor Zhang from the Korean Professional Sports Association emphasized the prevention of misconduct, citing potential fan backlash and league jeopardy in case of match manipulation. He stressed reporting any evidence of match manipulation to the league office and coaching staff through the Clean Esports website.
Dr. Park from the Ethics in Sports Center focused on preventing sexual violence, outlining various forms and providing guidelines for behavior and prevention methods.
