Team Liquid sign Wisper to replace Ace

Team Liquid have officially signed Adrián "Wisper" Dobles as the team's new offlaner following the departure of Marcus "Ace" Hoelgaard.

The Bolivian position-three player joins Liquid after most recently representing LGD Gaming during the 2026 season.

Wisper competed with LGD at several major tournaments, including The International 2026, Esports World Cup 2026, and BLAST Slam VII.

Wisper fills vacant offlane position

The move gives Liquid a direct replacement for Ace, who left the organization following The International 2026.

Ace spent one year with Liquid and helped the team win BLAST Slam VI and 1win Series Essence II before his departure.

Wisper brings extensive experience from both South American and international competition, having previously represented Heroic and Evil Geniuses before joining LGD.

Team Liquid have not yet formally announced their full roster for the upcoming season, although Wisper is now listed alongside miCKe , Nisha , Boxi , and tOfu.

The signing continues the post-TI roster shuffle as teams prepare for the opening events of the 2026–27 season.
