Team Spirit could allow Yatoro or Collapse to take break after TI 2026
Team Spirit could temporarily compete without Yatoro or Collapse if either player decides to take time away following the team's championship run at The International 2026.
Team manager Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov said the organization would not force a player to continue competing if they felt they needed a break.
Spirit open to player休息
Korb3n explained that either Collapse or Yatoro could be allowed to step away temporarily.
His reasoning centered on the risk of burnout.
Unlike traditional sports, Dota 2 teams generally do not maintain deep substitute benches, meaning forcing an exhausted player to continue competing can create problems for both the individual and the team.
No decision has currently been made.
Both players remain part of Team Spirit 's active roster.
No confirmed Spirit roster changes
Spirit's current lineup remains:
-
Yatoro
-
Larl
-
Collapse
-
not me
-
rue
The organization has not announced any departures or permanent changes following TI 2026.
Spirit enter the offseason in a dramatically different position from many of their rivals.
While Team Falcons have exited Dota 2 and several other major teams are undergoing extensive rebuilds, Spirit have so far retained the roster that won The International.
Any temporary break for Yatoro or Collapse would therefore represent rest rather than a confirmed transfer.
Team Spirit have not announced whether either player will miss upcoming events.
