The playoffs of The International 2026 for Dota 2 kicked off at the Oriental Sports Center in Shanghai, China. The final stage of the championship began with an opening ceremony, after which the teams started their matches.

On the first day of the playoffs, four series are scheduled. The gaming program opened with a clash between 1w Team and Team Spirit. Additionally, PARIVISION will face BETBOOM Team, Team Liquid will play against Team Yandex , and Nigma Galaxy will go up against Team Falcons .

The playoffs of The International 2026 are taking place from August 20 to 23 at the Oriental Sports Center in Shanghai. At the time of publication, the prize pool of the competition exceeds $3.2 million.
