According to Alexander “Nix” Levin, a sedentary lifestyle has a negative impact on a player's health, as it is highly stressful for the body, which entails both physiological problems and mental disorders. Streamer believes that human physiology is designed for activity, the lack of which only exacerbates the accumulated problems.
