Ceb stated that 33 is not the strongest offlaner

Former OG Captain Sébastien " Ceb " Debs did not place Neta “33” Shapira as the strongest offlaner in the world because he does not outpace other esports players.

This is the opinion of 33's two-time world champion while he was live on twitch .

For Ceb , 33 is a powerful player, but not the strongest. He argues that 33 wins matches because his teams work around his plans.

"I had a good time with him. He is amazing, don't get me wrong. But for you to understand, the best player is the one that is one level above everyone else. And there are many who are on his level. He has very specific ways of thinking, and either you play for him and his ideas as a team, or it doesn’t work. So, every team he joins eventually plays that way. I think he is probably also very good at communicating those ideas, at figuring how to get his mates to know what he wants to do and how he wants to do it. That is the reason he always ends up in teams which function as a unit, as a together unit which play the same kind of Dota"

Ceb highlighted that 33 indeed plays very unorthodox and innovative, but also pointed out how all of his concepts seem abstract, bold, or eccentric. Still, he stressed that they achieve the goal—not necessarily because 33 identifies as the strongest offlaner, but because his allies execute them flawlessly.
