NS explained why Mira agreed to play for Aurora
Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov remarked that Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov transferred to Aurora to try and take a break from the pressure within the team and earn some easy money.
The streamer and former pro player revealed this during a twitch stream.
“Mira is a two-time TI champion. He has already proven himself to both himself as well as to others. With a good team and good players, Mira can be the strongest player – the part of the strongest team. There’s no denying that. The money has already been made. In general, if Aurora offers a good salary, why not? No need to push too hard. It might even be better than Spirit . There, the expectations are high, everyone wants to win. But here, you have TORONTOTOKYO on the lane playing Abaddon. If the salary is good, why bother trying too hard?”
NS drew attention to Mira’s ultimate value with regards to the pro scene where he won two world championships in Dota 2, meaning he doesn’t have to prove anything. The streamer opined that the esports athlete might be in a position to sit back, relax, and enjoy gaming coupled with a decent paycheck devoid of any pressure from the team or the community which is probably why he moved to Aurora .
NS suggested that with such a team, Mira wouldn't even have to try hard, playing and earning instead, presumably having to do with the errors his teammates commit while playing.
It is important to note that Mira himself has said in the past that he loves playing with the new roster because there is no stress unlike when he was with Team Spirit .
