That is because NS had claimed to notice a surge in the streaming practices of RAMZES666 , suggesting that the e-sports player will not go back to competing professionally considering the good and easy money available in streaming. However, RAMZES666 did not clarify when exactly he intends to go back to playing competitive Dota 2.
