NS made a bold statement about Mira 's role in Aurora after the team's debut
Yaroslav “ NS ” Kuznetsov remarked that Miroslav “ Mira ” Kolpakov does not play a crucial role in Aurora , and if the team is not doing well, he will also not be doing well.
The opinion was expressed by the streamer and former pro player during a Twitch live stream.
“I suppose so, and it looks like that’s the case in a lot of what I’m seeing. But this is not only my opinion. For example, Team Spirit would have never won TI without Miposhka and Yatoro , but they would have done it without Mira . In other words, he is not a superstar player. He is not a primary amazing, wonderful, mind-boggling factor… He is just a dude. Just plays”
NS went on to say that even in Team Spirit , the suppport player wasn’t that great, but he did his job. He, however, pointed out that Aurora has not figured out its gameplay, and for that reason, Mira seems a bit lost in the games.
"He will play well in a good team. In a not so good team, he is more likely to play average because he is more of a follower than a leader. So, when in a team where there aren't any roles defined like Aurora Gaming, you notice that their gameplay is not set and Mira is just running around"
NS remarked how the team’s first game vs AVULUS showed their loss served more as a telling, rather than a surprising, indicator of the condition of the roster as it still appears to be uncoordinated. As the streamer pointed out, this is quite evident in how Mira performs.
Mira 's performance was previously discussed by Egor "Nightfall" Grigorenko at PGL Wallachia 3 following the roster changes with Aurora .
